During the summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to fly out to Durango, Colorado, for a video project for Windham Designs. While I was there, I tacked on some extra days to play with my old colleague from my Dagger Kayak days. This is a quick video compilation of my hike up to and above 12,000 feet. Marty told me to watch out for afternoon showers that pop-up out of nowhere and was he right. No sooner than I picked my spot to camp and set the tent, the sky opened up, and rain and hail pounded me.
